KC Design was born out of the desire to closely work with clients to truly create their vision through my originality. Having collaborated on all aspects of the residential building process from plan creation and iteration, to spec designing entire developments, and of course, working with hundreds of clients on all aspects of their custom homes, I have the experience to do just that. We offer services in plan design and rendering, as well as business and personal marketing collateral; all of which are carried out with absolute dedication and the promise of high-quality design. We are based out of Ankeny, in the Des Moines metro area, and are very accommodating to schedules and meeting preferences.
